broken API links

These 2 links in the `/docs.html` page return 404s from GitHub:
- [Javascript JSDoc](http://vertx.io/vertx2/mod-lang-js/docs/1.1.0/index.html) ([the link](http://vertx.io/mod-lang-js/docs/1.1.0/index.html) in the project's `README` is broken, too)
- [Python pydoc](http://vertx.io/vertx2/api/pydoc/index.html) (the link itself works, but all links in the linked page are broken)
