Implement new EventBus send timeouts

The Java eventbus now supports sends with timeout, also the Message class supports replies with timeouts.

We should expose this new functionality in the Clojure API too

Thanks for adding this issue - how close are you to a release? My
preference would be to keep the module compatible with a versioned core
release as long as possible. Maybe I'll implement this and part it on a
branch for now.
