Production is very slow

Summary

Hi, my app is not too big and does not have many dependencies.
I've deployed it on aws, however, it is really slow in first time load my website but for navigation inside it, it's good.
when i run "npm run build" & "npm run start" localy it runs way faster as i would expect.
I think i may have deployed it in a wrong way.
If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it.

I also have a similar issue, that my navigations take a few seconds when I do a npm run build && npm run start even though my fetch calls (server actions finish within a 100ms). But when I run npm run dev the navigation is instant after fetch call (server action) is done. Sometimes it almost takes a minute to transition and has to do a full page refresh, that will lose our scroll position.
