SELECTION ANALYSIS TOOLS NOT WORKING

I am facing a lot of issues on the Datamonkey server while using aBSERL, FEL, RELAX, FUBAR, MEME & BUSTED TOOLS. Sometimes It keeps on running for hours and sometimes it fails. Many times, no log is generated for the tool. I need to keep a tool log with me.
I am attaching logs of all failed jobs.
Please help as my work is suffering a lot.
