First Bug Fix

This release fixes #1. Note that that means you'll want to have the albumartist field set on any album you want to play using alfred-mpd, but that was probably also the case before!

Album track listing

This release adds the ability to list tracks in an album (instead of playing the album) with the Ctrl modifier. Then, selecting a track normally plays it; Ctrl-selecting a track plays the whole album (in case you just wanted to check out the tracks to decide whether to play it).

mpd icon

Add the mpd icon and use it by default. (Leave the iTunes one in there just in case.)

Add documentation about mpd and why the heck you'd want to do this.
