Trying to follow quickstart but stuck on docker ps and sending funds

Hello there !

Merry -X-Mass and HPNY :-)

I following the quick-start guide, everything looks good with providing APIs and it seems like half working.
At some point it asking to have #.## ETH in main wallet, but then it checks some different to main wallet address I think it sent some ETH to that address but next line it writing something like make sure the 0xnew-address has at least ## USDC.
I am not sure I am supposed to have to send it there since I do not know what the address is it?
Another thing docker ps -a gives zero images running.
