Missing recursive size output

(Honestly not sure who's maintaining this anymore, since this is more up-to-date than the one at the project's homepage, but all the commits are by the original author)

When using cksfv with -R, all checksums are correctly generated, but sizes are only output for the base directory.

The code for the master branch came from http://zakalwe.fi/~shd/foss/cksfv/, apparently maintained by @heikkiorsila.

The only reason I put this repository up was for somewhere to put my stdin patch. I think I tried contacting Heikki a long time ago without much luck. But if you have a sensible-looking fix, I am happy to merge it to the master branch.
