I've bumped into this myself and found a Maven issue that is around for quite a while without anyone fixing it https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARCHETYPE-308
As a workaround you could set -DComponentClassName=SomeOtherComponentName to change the default without having to type in all the other properties again.
