Add back client-side dependencies

It would be nice if adding some client-side code to your project would be easy again, instead of having to remember what all needs to be changed in pom.xml. If the dependencies are commented out by default, it's easy enough to remove them if they aren't needed, and equally easy to uncomment them if they are needed. Especially for quick proof-of-concept projects this would be a big benefit.
