Ubuntu snaps management

since Ubuntu 20.04 LTS the snap-technogie is used more and more.

at Ubuntu 24.04 deb-packages are migrated to snap

Details

Without a solution to install snaps in a airgaped environment the uyuni server will get useless for a lot of installations.

to work around this via removing the snap and install deb-pakages from other repos could not be a long term solution.

something like the snap-offline-store
https://snapcraft.io/store?categories=server%2Cserver-and-cloud&page=4
is needed.

Are there any plans in this directions?
