Duplicate chown step #3749

In this page: https://documentation.suse.com/suma/5.0/en/suse-manager/administration/backup-restore.html#backup.smdba.admin we are using install command to create the directory with needed owner/group ,, the next command is not needed:

chown postgres:postgres /var/spacewalk/db-backup
