Please make program just encode php files from original folder to encoded folder

Please make program just encode php files from original folder to encoded folder.
We need to make the encoder just encode the files with php extension and other files with other extensions remains untouched but copied to the encoded folder .
for example : the css files should be copied to the encoded folder without change .
This method is very good for big projects with many files .
