Impossible to make incremental backups

Hi! Thanks for the great image, I wanted the same :)

The only trouble is --output-directory=/srv/var/${DATE}/${u} line - it makes a new directory each time, so incremental backup

is not possible.

When you have over hundred repos, incremental backup is a must >_<
Can you add an option to disable date based directory?
