Delete of form field or form does not delete uploaded files

First logged by Søren Kottal as http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-1183. I saw this on Umbraco 7.6.12 and Forms 6.0.5.

When I have a form with upload fields, the uploaded files remains on disk, after deleting either their entries, or the form it self.

In Forms 8.6.0 it does now delete the file if the entry is deleted, but not if the field is deleted from the form or if the form is deleted.

In Forms 9.2.2 on Umbraco 9.3.0 the behaviour is as described above for Forms 8.6.0.
