Time that service started

In the "In Progress" tab of the "Today's request" page, it would be useful to have a way to know how long that a student has been meeting with the instructor, to help with pacing and wrapping up at an appropriate time. This could take the form of just displaying when service started. Even more usefully, it could show the actual duration, say, rounded to the nearest half-minute (and kept up to date by JavaScript).
