How long since someone was scheduled

It would be useful to be able to see when someone was scheduled (and hence when they were sent an email), so we know whether it makes sense to mark them as a no-show at the end of that time slot, or to still wait for them in the next time slot. This could either display as an amount of time, or an indicator when the amount of time since they were emailed passes a certain threshold (like 15 minutes).
