There is already an internal state for a request to be flagged as a "No show". There should be a button in the "Scheduled" entries to mark someone as a "No show"

This should also result in an e-mail notification.

Added a no-show button, but still need to do the following:

  • The button awkwardly appears below the "Start Service" button, instead of next to it.
  • Add a confirmation modal (we want to make sure an instructor or TA doesn't click on "No show" when they intended to press on "Start Service")
