The hello snap's I18N isn't working(i.e. No localized message is printed in other locales like zh_TW), after finding no source that is responsible for building the hello snap I've built a new one from scratch that fixed the problem here: https://github.com/Lin-Buo-Ren/hello-snap

Assuming this is the real source of the hello snap I would like the fix to be implemented here as well.
