Upload Stalling on a zip file #36

I am trying to upload a zip file to DV that is 580mb. I could have sworn that we had increased to upload and download file size to 1gb last year? The dataverse is https://dataverse.library.ualberta.ca/dvn/dv/rdm

I was wondering if this issue has been investigated. As noted I was sure we have increased the upload limit a year ago?
