Add License-Terms link to e-journal records.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As we are removing OUR information from SFX e-journal records, we want to add a link to "License Terms". This link is already present in e-journal records, labeled "ILL", but we want to change the name and make it more prominent.

Additional context
What we've done in SFX to make the same change is add a link near the journal title:

We don't need to make this link as prominent as the title in Discovery records, but it should be more easily visible.
