Prerequisites

NOTE:
If , , 2000 is excluded in the ##+js rule, some images fails to be displayed on first load.
From my location, , , 1000 seems to be enough for altibox.no, whilst , , 2000 is required for altibox.dk

Making sure that all of the images are displayed on the first load @ https://tv.altibox.dk/ and https://tv.altibox.no/ appears to be a hit and miss type of thing..
Extending the delay to anything beyond , , 2000 seems to be pointless, and swapping it with , , reload, 1 doesn't help either.
Any suggestions?

Perhaps you've misunderstood.
The problem is only triggered on the first load (with an empty browser cache).
..in which case, you'll have to reload the pages manually, for all images to load correctly.

The site just simply loads the images very slowly on my side at first load (my test profile delete all cookies and data when closing). That happens even when I don't use the filters and just let the site loads in the background with the cookie dialog.

That's not it at my end.
It finnishes to load, but with the filters in place, it needs a manual refresh, for all images to be displayed.

Then I don't know other than "site issue". It loads very slowly for me to finally load the images without refreshing:

The same happens for me even when I don't use any extensions, except this time there's a cookie dialog.

Oh boy, you weren't kidding when you said slow!
That's totally different from what I'm experiencing at my end.
For me, it loads immediately, only delayed by the , , 2000 syntax in the filter.

Perhaps you could look into this, from a more local position?
