The /photos placeholder is returning dead links as placeholder.com have re-done their website (or have become a real estate agent) and via.placeholder.com no-longer resolves.

Looks to be fixed in #210 when merged.

Thanks! I'll close this in favour of #209. I was seeing NXDOMAIN errors instead.
