Update imaskjs dependency

Describe the feature:
imaskjs is at version 7.1.3 and the version dependency on forge is 6.6.1. This is preventing me from using the latest imaskjs in my project.

@RobJacobs We'll definitely update the dependency version at some point, but I was curious what is preventing you from updating? Is it just a case of not wanting to include multiple versions of imask in your app?

I ask because if you install imask in your own project, npm should allow for you to use the latest version in your app while Forge will use its own version (unless the versions are compatible via semver). Of course this means you may end up with two versions of imask in the same app, so I was just curious if that was the concern or if there is a functional problem?
