Dynamic lights do not light up underwater #30

Describe the bug
I have dynamic lights turned on and it works in air but not underwater.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Switch dynamic lights to "on"
hold a torch
go underwater
See error

Expected behavior
i expected while holding a torch underwater it would light up.
