Refactor CSS so My Links page mirrors miro board and Dashboard styling.
Change Original to "Original URL"
Change Short to "Short URL"
Refactor Manage Tags button to match styling of Login button on Login page
Style My Links header to match Dashboard and Shorten Link headers
