Maybe this could be more of a written assessment because it falls in the middle of project week. Maybe some questions like What's one new technical thing you learned this week? What was one thing you learned about working as a team? What do you want to do differently next week with regard to working in a group? What's one way you helped one of your team members? Waht's one way you received help from one of your team members? Something with STAR? Things of that nature.

We could possibly give the questions at the beginning of the week so folks could keep them in mind during the week if they want to.

Would it maybe make sense to work in a retro as a team that Thursday as well, maybe instead of a whole class retro? It could be student led but instructor pops between the rooms. We could have the retro after this reflective assessment.

Clarity of articulation - gives us an opportunity to provide feedback on student's communication style and efficacy.

Could do a round 2 of STAR questions; different partner, maybe different questions?
