API PHP wrapper

Creating a PHP client for the tracker API would be beneficial for open-source BitTorrent Indexes that are developed using PHP. This would simplify their integration with the tracker API, which is particularly relevant as many of the most active and well-known Indexes are written in PHP. Additionally, writing a wrapper for the API would be straightforward.
