The “Next” button in the bottom right is not changed to “Return to review” when user selects to edit information from “Review” step

Steps
Fill in the information in first few steps and go to Review step
Click Edit on any section
Change the data
Check the button at the bottom of the page

User story says:
Clicking the “Edit” link takes the customer to the wizard step where that value can be edited. When a wizard step is navigated to in this way the “Next” button in the bottom right is changed to “Return to review” which when clicked returns the customer to the “Review” step.

But in the app it shows the Next button
