Save for later option is not available in the basic info page

Steps

Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/work/new/website-design/basic-info

Expected: Should have the ‘Save for later’ button on the bottom which creates the challenge in Draft status and returns the user to the work home on the Draft filter.

Actual: This ‘Save for later’ button is missing

Please add the Save for later button in all intake forms except the old website design intake (the one that has multiple steps)
