The details entered in the Wizard are not saved after the user logs in

Description:

The details entered in the Create Work wizard are not saved after the user logs in.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Without logging in first, Access dashboard
2. Create new work
3. Complete the steps, up to login page
4. Login with exiting top coder account

Expected Result:
The Branding page should be displayed and the details entered up to that step should be saved.

Actual result:
The Select Work type page is displayed and the details entered are not saved.
