The scorecard for Review is changed

Description:
Currently the scorecard for the Review is "Storyboard Redesign in HTML 1.1.0" but before the scorecard displayed was "Studio General Review Scorecard 1.0.0".

@ThomasKranitsas @Oanh-and-only-Oanh, the score card in prod is also the Storyboard Redesign in HTML v1.1.0

This is for the current SS challenge running on prod
