P0 Moving cookie location

This ticket is intended to move the location of the cookie being set from step 1 to step 2, which will prevent draft/saved projects if the customer only hits step 1.

@ThomasKranitsas We still see the draft created when user clicks start work and come back without going to Basic info step. Tested by removing cookies.

@sdgun can you please post a video of the issue? The requirement for this was to not persist the data in the API before reaching the basic info (before we have at least the name of the work item)

@ThomasKranitsas If the user is not logged in and entered some details upto step2 or Step 3 and then logged in using the "LOGIN" button in the Header, the details are not getting saved.

For Logged in scenario, The details are getting saved as draft correctly after hitting step 2

This is expected behaviour as after login, you landed on the My Work page and not the wizard, if you went to the wizard, the challenge would get created normally. So, this is a different issue that after login, you should be landed to the wizard.

The issue from this ticket has been fixed. Please create a new issue in jira for the landing page issue and close this one

Passing this issue as it is working as expected for the logged in case.
