Description:
Toaster message is not displayed when the user has completed the Final survey

Expected result:
When the Customer has clicked the Mark as Done button and submitted the Final survey,

1. The user should be returned to the My Work dashboard
2. A toast message “Your work has been marked as done. It will appear at the bottom of your list of work” should be shown.

Actual result:

1. The user is not returned to the My Work dashboard, the user is still in the Solutions tab.
2. The toaster message is not displayed.
