Replace Submission Review tab with My Submissions

Currently

Currently, the Submissions Review tab under the challenge details page, takes the user off the platform to and the Submission Review app which is not really useful.

Changes

Replace Submission Review tab with a new My Submissions tab

When the user clicks on My Submissions, they will be taken to the page below, which already exists in the app and is seen after the user submits. This should be in the same application / tab, without the need to leave the Community app.

The back button on the My Submissions page should work as expected - taking the user back to the main challenge page.
