Keyword Search in Title not working

This issue is related with falling Automated Smoke Testing:
[TC_006] should verify whether the user is able to search for a challenge by using the Search challenges textbox

@ThomasKranitsas Deployed a fix to Challenge API: topcoder-platform/challenge-api#425 , but looks like search by challenge title not working well.
