Work Manager Challenge Status Sync issue

There have been cases reported where the challenge created via WM is marked completed in Direct/ OR but the status on WM still shows draft and on the challenge details page the status is in progress.

For example

The task is shown on the Draft tab in Draft status
https://challenges.topcoder.com/projects/25300/challenges/c7b62375-041a-4455-9c06-266dbb97f14a/view, while it has to be shown as Completed.

Also, in the Community App it is still shown as Draft without the winner chosen, which might mislead the member https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/c7b62375-041a-4455-9c06-266dbb97f14a.

On OR it shows completed. which is the actual status of the challenge

Another example where the status on WM is draft but the challenge is ACTIVE
