Enrich processor effects

Documenting the changes needed to be carried out once the new enrich feature is in

• Update swagger to return the correct response. For example, with GET /externalProfiles, we now get the enriched external profiles. Ditto with attributes, skills etc.
• On initial load, UI will fetch the logged in user's external profile. It also makes additional requests to get the orgs returned from the external profile. These additional requests are no longer needed since the org info is already present in the external profile response. Resolved in [$30] Project UBahn App | Remove redundant api call #668
• Update the VERIFICATION.md file for both api and es processor apps
• Correct the tests in ES processor

• We need to create a script that can correct main data, when dependent data gets updated. Due to enrichment, updates to dependent data are not reflected in existing data and we need a script for it to reflect
