Order to add Adobe XD

Adobe XD is a newly launched software application from Adobe systems
It should be added to the list of design software/ final deliverables for use in design challenges.

The new list is:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe XD
Sketch
Axure

We want to make it more software specific, not file format specific. We still want to have the "File Type" feature to add our own.

Any updates here. We are telling the design members we are now accepting Adobe XD files for challenges. Would like to actually have that selectable.
