ADNL sockets

I don't know where to ask such thing, but are there ADNL sockets implementation in plans? To make applications can also use TON network to communicate with each others, so network can be used not only for HTTP sites. I guess that should be some embeddable library that handles connection to TON network under the hood, and exposes some socket-compatible API.
