Pheno Halos seem to not respect the transformation of a ScrollArea #43

When I open a halo on elements of my object editor which are inside a ScrollArea they get shifted towards the upper left. However this also happens when the content was not scrolled so something else might be going on here (looks something like local vs. global coordinates).
