Bump the Pillow Version #426

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm attempting to patch my codebase for a new CVE that was discovered in Pillow CVE-2026-25990, however the version of Pillow in this project is pinned to version 11.
Describe the solution you'd like
Relax the version constraint so we can upgrade Pillow without having to upgrade to the new version of the SDK.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Upgrading the SDK to 2
- Overridding the version pin since we don't use any of the Pillow functionality in this SDK (the CLI tool).
