Enhance README with Additional Sections and Project Details

The current README.md is quite basic. We need to expand it to include more comprehensive information about the project. This should include features of the app, screenshots, a more detailed setup guide, and any other relevant information that would be useful for both users and potential contributors.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a Features section.
• Include screenshots of the app.
• Expand the setup/installation instructions.
• Include sections on how to contribute, run tests, and report issues.
