Add an option to hide rows after 0Bxx and 0Dxx (as in FT)

A follow-up to #2355
After discussing with other Discord Furnace user, there is a need to implement this behaviour - after jump to (next) pattern effect, skipped rows are still shown, which might be confusing or annoying for some. I think thee should be an option that disables displaying these rows.
