Not able to use put_with_ttl in verison 0.3 with Raw client

As per github it is showing that in raw client file put_with_ttl() function is implemented.
Why i am not able to use the same ?
When are you going to release the same ?

This method was added after 0.3.0, and the next version is not determined yet.

To use this method, by now you can specify master or 6f9c133.
