"We’ve got lots of Xerte users and in the management.php page the Users tab hangs and the page times out as it tries to load all of them. Are there any plans to overhaul this tab similar to Users projects so that it updates dynamically instead of attempting to load all users?"

As I explained earlier, this has caused issues today when I have tried to assign users admin rights. The drop down menu is very hard to use as there is such a delay on opening it. I can't scroll down it as it freezes so have to rely on selecting it and then typing the beginning of the user's name that I want to find. There is also a long delay on this.
I had a lot of trouble adding one particular user as admin - I would select their name, check the correct permissions and then click the button to change their role. I would get the prompt to check whether I was sure and then the success prompt but their role did not change and nothing was changed in the database. I eventually realised that because of the issues with the drop down box and the page freezing, the admin role boxes that appeared to be checked were not checked so I was actually applying no admin role. This was confusing as I would get the two prompts suggesting a change would be made. It would be helpful if the 'success' message only appeared if a change had been made and a different message if no changes have been made.
