[Feature Request] Support for exporting to SCORM 2004 4th Edition

I wanted to use Xerte to develop some custom cybersecurity training for my university. Xerte is such a good tool for that! Unfortunately, the KnowBe4 platform I want to use to host that content only supports SCORM 2004 4th Edition packages, and Xerte does not export to that format currently.

I hope you can add this feature to your roadmap because it would open up some additional options for using content produced in Xerte. Thank you for considering it.
