this file being e.g. demo_sockets.json in the working directory

if remote source is down for some reason, dish goes silent

  • implement local "caching"
  • implement remote API endpoint, that would retrieve just checksum of such socket list
  • if the checksum is different to last fetched checksum dish holds in memory/file, fetch the new socket list
