Add a button to the category pages and the main page. It should go to a /random page which then redirects (using whatever the most appropriate redirect method is) to a post, either globally or in the category. Make sure the random page isn't cached, of course :D

Bonus points: At the bottom of a post, add a similar "random" button, but this one redirects to a random post that shares any tag (feel free to weight higher the more tags it has in common; don't make this complicated, though, just count up the tags in common and that's the weight.)
