Red Hat documentation team plans to migrate to a different markup and toolchain and that requires some changes in this upstream repository. For more information, see [Foreman Community Discussion](https://community.theforeman.org/t/red-hat-documentation-team-plans-to-migrate-to-a-different-markup-and-toolchain/43737/1). End goal: When a PR is raised to convert existing AsciiDoc files into another markup language, the integrity and functionality of the upstream documentation is preserved. Acceptance criteria: Right now, we have text in version control. A successful GHA check, build, and deploy your changes to docs.theforeman.org for all flavours is a requirement for a PR to be merged. Changes related to the migration to DITA cannot break this workflow. The Due date is approximate.

Today https://docs.theforeman.org is the primary documentation for Katello, but vanilla Foreman still relies on https://theforeman.org/manuals/. This milestone should be considered done when we can remove redirect all manual pages to https://docs.theforeman.org. See the [RFC](https://community.theforeman.org/t/making-docs-theforeman-org-the-primary-documentation-source/32657) for more details on the strategy.
