Gantt Tooltip Not Displaying Data When Hovering Due to Horizontal Scroll

Description

The tooltip data doesn't load correctly when the mouse lands on an item because of horizontal scrolling, instead of manual mouse movement. This issue is mostly seen on touchpads due to gesture-based scrolling. This is reproduced in Firefox and it doesn't seem to be present in Chromium based browsers.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the following StackBlitz example in Firefox.
2. Place the mouse pointer before any item on the Gantt.
3. Scroll to the right or left (using the keyboard arrows) without moving the mouse so the pointer stops on the item.
